The Visuo Shark was a popular inexpensive DJI Mavic clone. Now Visuo has improved this popular and inexpensive drone with GPS stability and added features. The version with a 1080p camera comes in at only $93.99. There aren’t many GPS drones out there under $100. Sadly it looks like it has lost its menacing fighter pilot inspired shark teeth but hopefully the new features make up for it.
The Visuo XS812 with GPS adds an orbit mode, a follow me, waypoints and a return to home feature. It also features altitude hold for added stability.

The Visuo XS812 will have a range of around 200 meters. It should have a flight time of 14 minutes. The new upgraded remote is a nice touch but this quadcopter still relies on brushed motors.
The Visuo XS812 will stream live video to your smartphone via an app. It utilizes 5G WiFi so the range will be longer than a typical WiFi drone, but you will have to have a new phone with this capability.
There are two versions a 720p costing $87 and a 1080p version that will cost $94. For the extra $7 you will want to opt for the better camera. The original camera suffered from jello because it was poorly secured. Hopefully, Visuo has addressed this issue.

What Is the BEST Drone?
