MJX Bugs 8 Pro: Yes, You Can Fly it ACRO!

MJX has been busy building new Bugs models. Following the popular Bugs 3 came the Bugs 2C and 2W and the Bugs 8. Now they are looking to release a Bugs 3 Mini and a Bugs 8 Pro. You can learn more about the Mini here. What can we expect from the Bugs 8 Pro?

You can fly the MJX Bugs 8 Pro using their FPV camera connected to either a monitor or goggles.

The new Bugs 8 Pro is going to be one of the cheapest all-in-one FPV packages you can find. And it will have 3S power. Not only that but it will also have both angle and acro mode. This 250 mm sized quad looks to be one of the best ready-to-go racers for  beginner to intermediate pilots.

The propellers look to be a better tri-blade design, that can produce more thrust than the standard two-blade on the original 8. When you couple that with the 2204 1800 KV motors on a 3S battery you’ll get one serious machine. We are glad that the Pro version has some “Pro” features and more power.

Take a look at the MJX Bugs 8 Pro in red.

The Bugs 8 Pro should be pretty similar to the prototype Bugs 250. The Bugs 8 Pro will feature a 200 mW video transmitter with an FPV range of around 200 meters. While the actual range of the Bugs 8 Pro should be a little further, somewhere between 300-500 meters. You can expect to get 10 minutes or so from the 11.1V 1300 mAH battery.

The MJX Bugs 250 was a carbon fiber version that didn’t make it into production.

You should be able to view the 5.8GHz signal on any compatible monitor or goggles, and it will ship in various packages. Drone, Drone + camera and Drone + camera + goggles.
