The DJI Mavic is a spectacular drone, but there are a few things that can make it even better. The first thing you’ll want for your Mavic is a spare battery. Not being able to fly because your battery is dead is frustrating and having a couple of spare batteries is an easy solution. If you are flying in close quarters you may want to add some propeller guards. Having an extra set of props just in case yours get trashed is also a good idea. If you want to fly with a tablet then you’ll need to add a tablet holder as the Mavic remote can’t hold anything bigger than a large smartphone. There are some other things you might find come in handy. The Mavic has short landing gear. You may want to think about some extensions, especially if you are landing in wet, dirty or snowy locations. If you are a serious photographer there are some Polar Pro filters you might want want to consider. Also some people like the directional antenna boosters. You have to remember that they must face the drone at all times or you will be diminishing your signal.
